Qualifications

• Associate degree or safety credentials, or HS diploma with safety credentials.
• OSHA 30-hour or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence teams while modeling safety principles.
• Partner with Operations to drive safety improvements.
• Conduct morning huddles and safety moments for crews.
• Perform site observations and provide feedback on safety compliance.
• Train employees on line clearance tools and safety procedures.
• Investigate incidents and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for Operations and Safety Leadership.
• Travel 30-40% to oversee field safety efforts.
