Job summary

Panda Exteriors is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to inspect roofs, assess exterior storm damage, and close sales with homeowners in the Maryland area. You will build relationships, educate clients on exterior restoration, and drive your pipeline using company tools.

Top performers earn $200,000+ per year with an uncapped commission structure. Training, support, and a path to career advancement are provided to motivated, competitive individuals.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology.
• Able to lift ladders up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
• Generate your own opportunities while using company-provided leads.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
• Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Use CRM, iPad, and mobile apps to manage your pipeline and communicate with customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection to signed contract.
