Panda Exteriors is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing Mid-Atlantic team in Marlton, NJ. You will meet homeowners, assess roof and exterior damage, and close sales using company-provided leads and strong product knowledge.

You’ll earn an uncapped income with a six-figure potential, backed by solid marketing support, training, and a team-driven culture focused on results and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, or construction).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to carry ladders up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed.
• Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
• Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
• Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
• Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Use company technology to manage your pipeline and communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection to signed contract.
