Leisure Hotel is seeking a friendly bartender for our Minnesota fishing resort. Join a lively, outdoor environment delivering exceptional service to guests from across the country.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, guest engagement, bar cleanliness, and accurate cash handling while upholding safety and sanitation standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected to support peak times.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred, especially in hospitality or outdoor settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and proper mixing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Must be of legal drinking age and have required state certifications if applicable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, per resort standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
