Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds is looking for a Maintenance Repairer to join the Public Works Streets Department in West Allis. This role involves a variety of hands-on projects that ensure the infrastructure of the City remains strong and safe.

The ideal candidate will possess concrete finishing experience and a valid Wisconsin driver's license. You will perform various tasks including sewer maintenance, emergency response work, and work with construction equipment to keep our community thriving.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent paid concrete finishing experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Wisconsin CDL within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of sanitary sewer mains.
• Assist in building storm sewers, catch basins, and sanitary manholes.
• Complete asphalt maintenance work such as pothole repair.
