Quality Counts LLC is seeking a temporary Public Right of Way Technician-Transportation to collect outdoor data for a PROW project. You will walk to gather measurements that help transportation engineers plan sidewalk design and maintenance, using PathVu sensors and GPS.

No prior experience is required; the role suits those who enjoy long walks, can learn quickly, and thrive outdoors. The position is temporary, with a minimum 30 days and potential extension, located near Santa Maria, CA.

Responsibilities

• Gather data for a local municipality for the evaluation and planning of a public right of way infrastructure project.
• Utilize a multi-sensor profiling tool comprised of lasers, high resolution cameras, and GPS (pushcart with electronic sensors) to gather the measurements of local sidewalks and pedestrian curbs.
