Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Outdoor Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and growth of year-round outdoor and camp programs, with a focus on strengthening the summer resident camp experience.

The role requires strategic leadership to align program outcomes with organizational priorities and to maximize the impact of council properties and resources. You will recruit and mentor seasonal staff, build partnerships, and manage budgets while ensuring safety and high performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
Strong leadership and program design experience.
Experience forging partnerships and cross-functional teamwork.
Budgeting and resource management skills.
Proficiency with data tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, design, and delivery of outdoor and camp programs.
Establish goals, benchmarks, and evaluation tools for quality and impact.
Strengthen partnerships to expand reach and participation.
Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal staff and volunteers.
Innovate use of camp facilities and outdoor spaces for value and sustainability.
Develop and monitor budgets; pursue new revenue via programs, partnerships, or grants.
Collaborate with teams to position outdoor programming as a core growth driver.
Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; reside onsite during summer camp season.
