Job summary

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is seeking a solution‑oriented Equipment Repair Technician to diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and deliver resort‑quality service outdoors. The role requires driving to client sites, following our proven process, and providing efficient solutions with integrity and a customer‑first mindset.

The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, supports inventory on the truck, and looks for opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance the customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licenses: CA D35 / Florida CPC / TX Appliance (where applicable).
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.
• Repair pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, cleaners, and plumbing components.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Communicate solutions clearly to customers and follow ASP protocols.
• Share lessons learned with the team and follow safety standards.
