America’s Swimming Pool Company is seeking a solution-oriented Equipment Repair Technician to diagnose issues with pool equipment and provide effective solutions. You will inspect and repair components, manage truck inventory, and use our Pool Ops platform to update customers and teams. Outdoor, independent work with integrity is essential.

The role emphasizes resort-quality service, measurable results, and potential for advancement within a growing company.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licensed in applicable states (e.g., Florida CPC; Texas Appliance License; California D35).

Mansioni

• Diagnose swimming pool equipment issues and provide solutions.
• Repair/Replace pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, cleaners, and plumbing components.
• Maintain inventory on the service truck and replenish as needed.
• Utilize Pool Ops mobile platform for field updates.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment or enhance customer experience.
• Renovation experience with re-plaster, PebbleTech, tile work is a plus.
