Job summary

Titan Security Group is hiring Patrol Security Officers to perform outdoor foot patrols around the Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago. These positions require working outside in all weather and seasons. Outdoor gear will be provided as part of the uniform.

Starting pay is between $19.00 / hour to $20.00 / hour, with benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, medical insurance, and opportunities for career growth and skills training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for 2 of 3 shifts.
• Experience in door staff, customer service, hotel or restaurant.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain PERC and complete required training.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to meet physical requirements (50+ lbs, patrols, weather).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Perform foot patrols (up to 10 miles daily) and stand post outside.
• Respond to incidents and document data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
