Job summary

Morgan’s Wonderland is seeking a Revenue Team Member to provide excellent guest service across food service and retail locations. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, and assisting guests with their purchases in a fast-paced park environment.

You will help maintain clean, safe spaces, support daily operations, and collaborate with management to address guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Self-driven with strong people skills.
• Shifts vary day and evening; weekends available.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more.
• Must be able to work in an outdoor park environment in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service at food, beverage, and retail locations.
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions.
• Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages safely.
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and workstations.
• Communicate with management regarding park operations.
• Support guests with purchases and provide information.
