The Budd Group is seeking an Outdoor General Cleaner in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with hours adjusting seasonally based on daylight. You will perform outdoor cleaning and custodial tasks to keep park areas safe and presentable.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work outdoors in active park environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and walk/stand for shift durations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds cleaning and outdoor custodial maintenance across park property.
• Work as a dedicated park custodian/janitor to empty trash receptacles, pick up litter, and maintain clean public areas.
• Work independently as an outdoor general cleaner to ensure all park spaces meet high sanitation standards.
