Qualifications

• Experience as an Outside Plant Technician, Lineman, or Utility Field Technician in telecom, power, or broadband environments.
• Strong understanding of OSP construction standards and troubleshooting techniques.
• Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground plant including poles and fibers.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs across power, telecom, and fiber networks.
• Support infrastructure interfaces with power plants and maintain accurate records.
