Job summary

Mosquito Hunters is seeking a detail-oriented Holiday Lighting Installation Technician / Mosquito Hunters Technician to join our seasonal team in Baldwin, NY. You will install, maintain, and remove pest control tasks for residential and commercial properties while delivering safe, friendly service outdoors.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, able to lift gear, and comfortable working evenings or weekends. Valid driver’s license and insurance proof are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance (if required).
• Lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer.
• Enjoy working outdoors and being on the move.
• Communicate well with clients and teammates.
• Be dependable and self-motivated.
• Willing to take a state pest control licensing exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and businesses.
• Inspect yards for pest-condition indicators.
• Apply control products using backpack sprayer and equipment.
• Create protective barriers around homes to reduce infestations.
• Educate clients on prevention and outdoor pest protection.
• Support local marketing by distributing yard signs or door hangers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
