Job summary

Mosquito Hunters is seeking a detail-oriented Holiday Lighting Installation Technician for the festive season. You will install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties, ensuring safe and beautiful displays while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires reliability, outdoor work, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Training and potential licensing support are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have proof of insurance (if required).
• Be able to lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer.
• Enjoy working outdoors and being on the move.
• Communicate well with clients and teammates.
• Be dependable and self-motivated.
• Be willing to take a state pest control licensing exam.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients’ homes and businesses.
• Inspect yards for conditions conducive to pest infestations.
• Apply control products using a backpack sprayer and other equipment.

What You’ll Do

As a Mosquito Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:

• Driving to clients’ homes and businesses
• Inspecting yards for conditions conducive to pest infestations.
• Applying control products using a backpack sprayer and other equipment
• Creating protective barriers around homes to reduce future infestations
• Educating clients on prevention and outdoor pest protection
• Supporting local marketing efforts by distributing yard signs or door hangers
• Providing a positive and professional customer experience every time
• You’re not just spraying yards. You’re helping families enjoy BBQs, birthdays, and summer evenings again.
