Job summary

Taco Tempo in Lake Nona Town Center invites a Bartender to craft classic and innovative beverages while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will assess guest preferences, make recommendations, take orders, and ensure guests 21+ are served responsibly in a lively setting.

We value mixology knowledge, a friendly, energetic demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be available Thursday through Saturday and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Complete knowledge of mixology.
• People person with flexible schedule and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet all established service standards.
• Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility.
• Maintain control of bar area, staff, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area.
• Open and close the facility per administration and inventory needs.
• Comply with Florida State labor, health and safety regulations.
• Comply with Courtyard Residence Inn policies and procedures.
• Secure payment for served product.
