Job summary

Augment is seeking material handlers to move recyclable material at a Durham, NC facility. You will operate material handling equipment, load materials, and ensure safe, efficient transport of goods in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and PPE are provided as part of the outdoor, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED and zero to four years’ previous experience.

Responsibilities

• Move recyclable material through the facility using material handling equipment (pallet jack, handcarts).
• Load materials into vehicles and secure them to prevent shifting or damage.
• Load compactors and trailers; operate baler; decontaminate containers before production.
