Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance/General Labor role in Coleman, OK to maintain plant sites, perform equipment operation, and assist with groundskeeping. This position requires physical fitness and reliability to support regional sites and equipment managers.

The incumbent will work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a culture of safety while performing routine maintenance and site cleanups with a collaborative team. Immediate start and consistent shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent work experience considered.
• 1 year general laborer experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares sites and plants; may remove debris.
• Cleans around operating plant; uses hand tools; may assist with traffic control on site.
• Monitors plant for spills and malfunctions; reports to site management; may drive company vehicle.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment and reports needs for repair.
• Participates in safety practices; adheres to health, safety and environmental policies.
