Job summary

Eagle’s Nest Camp in Pisgah Forest, NC seeks an Outdoor Logistics Coordinator for the summer season. You will ensure groups have food, gear, and resources for outings and maintain the packout facility to health-code standards.

You will mentor outdoor staff, coordinate with kitchen leadership and other outdoor leaders, and help keep operations smooth in an outdoor, educational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with wilderness travel and gear repair.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• CPR and First Aid certification; WFA or WFR preferred.
• Clean driving record and responsible vehicle handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food, gear and resources for groups going out of camp.
• Keep the packout facility stocked and cleaned per NC health codes.
• Mentor outdoor staff and support living/working in the outdoors.
