Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support customer loadouts, outdoor merchandising, freight, and store appearance while delivering excellent customer service. Related roles include Loadout Associate and Yard Associate.

You will safely load purchases into vehicles, maintain outdoor areas, assist with deliveries, and operate retail equipment. The role requires strong service, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and retail equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load customer purchases into vehicles and complete loadout tickets.
• Maintain outdoor merchandise per Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
• Price, zone, and replenish in load lanes and outdoor areas.
• Assist unloading deliveries and moving merchandise.
• Keep parking lots, carts, and outdoor areas clean and organized.
• Collect and return shopping carts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scanners and other equipment.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
