Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support customer loadouts, outdoor merchandising, freight, and store appearance while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include loading purchases, maintaining outdoor merchandise, and supporting other departments as needed. The role requires physical activity, ability to operate retail equipment, and strong teamwork with Rural King Values in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load customer purchases into vehicles and complete load-out tickets.
• Maintain outdoor merchandise and follow the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
• Price, zone, and replenish merchandise in outdoor areas and load lanes.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving merchandise.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and handheld scanners safely.
