Job summary

Rural King is seeking an Outside Recovery Associate to support customer loadouts, outdoor merchandising, freight, and store appearance while providing excellent customer service. You will safely load purchases into vehicles and maintain outdoor areas to ensure an inviting shopping experience.

Experience in retail or warehouse settings is helpful; you will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scanners, and other equipment as needed, and participate in cross-training while upholding Rural

Qualifications

Retail, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
Comfortable using handheld scanners and retail equipment.

Responsibilities

Load customer purchases into vehicles and complete loadout tickets.
Maintain outdoor merchandise according to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
Price, zone, and replenish merchandise in load lanes and outdoor areas.
Assist with unloading delivery trucks and moving merchandise.
Keep parking lots, cart corrals, and walkways clean and organized.
Collect and return shopping carts.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, scanners, and other retail equipment.
Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
