Leaders Furniture is seeking a passionate Sales Professional in West Palm Beach to help customers create beautiful outdoor spaces. You will build product knowledge, assist shoppers, and drive sales while maintaining a friendly, upbeat store atmosphere.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, physical ability to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to travel for training and meetings. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Weekend/holiday availability to support store needs.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice yearly to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outdoor living products and creating spaces.
• Explain features, benefits, and differences to drive sales.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and handle returns.
