You will engage with customers to understand their needs, create concept drawings, and prepare detailed estimates. Strong communication skills and construction knowledge are essential. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with earning potential of $80,000 to $120,000, along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structures, materials, design principles, and installation requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and measurements.
• Experience in estimating or design preferred.
