HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables is hiring a Sales Consultant in Minot, ND to help customers find premium home relaxation products. You’ll build relationships, qualify leads, demonstrate features, and drive showroom sales with uncapped commissions.

Ideal candidates have sales experience or a strong service mindset, excellent communication, and the motivation to achieve annual earnings in the $70k–$100k range. Training and ESOP are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; training available for the right attitude and drive.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to work toward goals and maintain a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products that fit their needs, lifestyle and budget.
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Follow up with leads and maintain contact with potential customers.
• Generate referral business from previous customers.
• Learn products and demonstrate features and benefits confidently.
• Manage sales opportunities from first contact through closing the sale.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to keep the space appealing.
