Job description

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, Indianapolis's premier full service architectural and landscape lighting and design company, is currently looking to add full time Lead Technicians as well as full time Lighting Technicians to our team.

Summary of what we do: Full service installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems, audio systems and holiday lighting in both residential and commercial applications.

Lead Lighting Technicians - $18-24 per hour - requires experience in professional landscape lighting or similar trades such as landscape/hardscape construction, electrician, irrigation or low voltage wiring as a team lead.

Lighting Technicians - $17-20 per hour - experience in any of the above areas a plus but not required as we will train the right individuals with our ideal characteristics.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
2. Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
3. Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
4. Clean up of all areas affected by installation
5. Proper care and operation of company vehicles
6. Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
7. Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available
8. Managing inventories and supplies as needed
