Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking Residential Lawn Care Technicians for the Dayton South area (Springboro, OH). The role involves driving a company vehicle on an assigned route, applying lawn care treatments, and building relationships with customers to ensure healthy, attractive lawns.

You will receive paid training, state certification where applicable, and opportunities for career growth. A valid license, ability to pass background checks, and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
