Job summary

TruGreen’s White Marsh/Baltimore team is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician. You’ll manage your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and build lasting customer relationships while working outdoors and on a company-supported team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Manage route and customer information on a tablet
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment
• Operate equipment safely
• Serve multiple customers daily
