TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician for the KC North/Lee's Summit area. You will service residential customers, apply lawn treatments, and manage your route independently, with training provided.

We offer paid training and state certification, a starting wage of $18.00 per hour (higher for licensed workers), and opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and advancement. Join a local team dedicated to healthy lawns and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage your route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
