TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Topeka, KS. You will service residential lawns, apply treatments, and manage your route while delivering outstanding customer care. Paid training and state certification are provided, with a strong emphasis on safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT cert eligibility).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential/commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and suggest solutions/additional services.
• Manage route and customer info using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent setting safely.
