Job summary

TruGreen Stevens Point is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homes across Stevens Point and nearby communities. This role offers paid training, steady weekly pay, and opportunities to grow your career while working outdoors.

You’ll manage your own route, apply treatments, build customer relationships, and use a tablet to track visits. We welcome candidates with no lawn care experience as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Paid training provided to learn lawn care techniques.
• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• English reading/writing fluency.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage route and customer information on a tablet.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
