Job summary

TruGreen Limited Partnership is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Sparks, NV to manage an assigned route and apply lawn care treatments to customers. The role offers paid training, state certification, and opportunities for overtime and career growth.

You will work outdoors, drive a company vehicle, and interact with homeowners to identify needs and deliver solutions. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT cert readiness).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, independent environment safely.
