Job summary

Clean Scapes is seeking an Enhancements Crew Member to join our Austin team. This full-time outdoor position supports commercial landscaping projects, focusing on installation, maintenance, and landscape improvements at client sites.

You’ll work with a crew performing physically demanding tasks in Texas weather, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding outdoor work in Texas.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Safety-minded and willing to learn.
• Reliable transportation to the office or site.
• Experience in landscaping is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing grass, plants, shrubs, mulch, and other landscape materials.
• Prepare job sites for new landscape installations.
• Install sod, plants, trees, mulch, and decorative features.
• Perform demolition and cleanup of landscape areas.
• Dig, shovel, rake, and move landscape materials.
• Operate hand tools and small power equipment safely.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
