Job summary

BrightView in Florida seeks a Landscape Laborer to support installation and maintenance, including planting, soil preparation, sod and seed application, and material handling on active projects.

You will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, operate mowers, trimmers, blowers and edgers, and follow supervisor instructions to ensure safe, efficient operations and quality landscaping results for clients.

Qualifications

Ability to follow supervisor instructions
Knowledge of safe working practices

Responsibilities

Assist with planting, soil preparation, sod and seed application, and material handling
Excavate manually with a shovel
Handle & install trees & shrubs
Handle fertilizers & soil enrichment materials
Move & spread soil and aggregates
Install seed & sod
Hand tool use including wheelbarrow
Load & unload materials
