Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Installer to join our outdoor team in Florida. You will install sod, mulch, plants, trees, and assist with irrigation systems, following supervisor instructions and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate has prior landscaping experience, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and works well outdoors in varying weather. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for advancement and paid time off after probation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping or construction.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up materials.
Installs sod, mulch, plants, trees, and other softscape elements.
Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, compactors).
Assist with irrigation system installation and troubleshooting.
Follow landscape plans and instructions from supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
