Qualifications

• Ability to operate, control, and clean heavy power equipment safely.
• Ability to complete tasks requiring memory of directions and sequences.
• Experience or on‑the‑job training to gain ability with heavy tools.

Responsibilities

• Use heavy power mowers, adjust blades, and clean/oil mowers.
• Digs trenches, grades and slopes; cuts pavement with jackhammer; concrete work.
• Exerts very heavy physical effort, lifting over 50 lbs, moving materials.
• Work indoors with dust and outdoors in all weather; wear protective gear.
