TalentMovers seeks an Operator C at Nanea Golf Club in Kailua-Kona, HI. The role involves operating golf course construction equipment and performing grading, drainage, and shaping support tasks. The position is 100% onsite with housing options available at a weekly rate.

Ideal candidates must pass daily equipment inspections, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, and comply with PPE and safety rules. English is optional; bilingual skills are a plus for advanced positions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate machinery and equipment, including UTVs, Dumpers, Rollers, Skid Steers, and Mini Excavators.
• Correctly wears required PPE and follows all safety rules.
• English is not mandatory but is an added bonus for those looking to advance.
• Bilingual proficiency is mandatory for any positions above direct labor.
• Experience required in equipment operation, grading work, drainage installation, shaping support, and basic laser work.
• Responsible for daily equipment inspections, fueling, lubrication, and cleaning.
