1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Junk Removal Specialist to work on-site in Dundalk, MD. You will ride along in our trucks, visit customers, and identify items for removal while delivering an upfront pricing experience.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, customer-focused, and reliable team players who can work outdoors and lift heavy items. This role offers an active, outdoor work environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal.
• Clearly explain upfront pricing and service process.
• Safely remove and load unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.).
• Provide a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience.
• Work closely with your team to complete each job efficiently.
