At Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE), we believe in serving our community with compassion and purpose. We’re currently looking for a dedicated and dependable Outdoor Inventory Specialist to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This position is ideal for someone who likes to be on the move, does not mind the Texas heat, and can load and unload furniture and other donations.

What you need to know:

• This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and car insurance is required.
• Applicants must be 21 or older (due to insurance bonding requirements).
• Applicants must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time (pre-employment testing required).

What We Do For You!

• Hourly rate of $16.00; paid semi-monthly;
• 3% employer matching 401K;
• 2 Weeks Vacation, 7 Sick Days, 1 Personal Day.

• Closed EVERY Sunday and Monday, so you are off!

What You'll Do For Us:

• Stocking & Organizing: Receive, sort, clean, and display donated items and furniture in the store and outside warehouse/selling area.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, operate the cash register, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Logistics Support: Help with pickups and deliveries, plan routes, and unload donations and deliveries.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings, support GRACE events, and work closely with team members to achieve our mission.
• Must have experience driving a box truck, non-CDL required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time;
• Must work Saturdays and some holidays;
• Must be able to work outside in hot/cold temperatures;
• Must have current/valid Driver License and good driving record;
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to driving and insurance requirements;

Other Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred;
• Previous experience as a mover or with furniture delivery preferred.
