Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn; prior heavy equipment experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and operate machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, debris removal, and landscaping support.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, rollers, motor graders, and man lifts.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while operating machinery.
• Conduct routine inspection and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Assist with facility maintenance projects, including material movement, site preparation, and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in training programs to develop heavy machinery skills as needed.
