Mountain Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Seasonal Outdoor Guest Services Guide in Durango, CO. You will supervise daily operations across parking, grounds, snow removal, ski valet, and ticket scanning, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing staff, inspecting areas for quality, and responding to guest inquiries while maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions.

Competenze

• Guest service experience required.
• 1-2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations for parking, grounds, snow removal, ski valet, ticket scanning, arrival court, and parking enforcement.
• Assign work areas to employees and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality of service in all areas.
• Provide guest information and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Direct traffic and coordinate vehicle flow in parking areas.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
