Aramark is hiring for Outdoor Guest Services - Adventure Mountain in South Lake Tahoe to help create memorable winter experiences. Team members rotate between outdoor workstations, assist with tubing operations, and ensure guest safety and excellent service.

• Previous guest services experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide clear instructions regarding tubing procedures, participation requirements, and facility rules.
• Verify admission wristbands or tickets at designated entry points.
• Distribute snow tubes and assist guests with proper equipment handling.
• Direct guests along uphill walking routes and toward tubing lanes.
• Monitor designated tubing areas for potential hazards, guest concerns, and unsafe behavior.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, and operational concerns immediately.
• Explain tubing rules, age and participation requirements, and other facility guidelines.

Team members rotate between outdoor workstations and work closely with the Outdoor Guest Services Lead and Outdoor Supervisor to maintain guest flow, reinforce safety procedures, and deliver excellent customer service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team in a fast-paced winter recreation setting.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $17.75 to $17.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Snow Tubing Operations

• Welcome guests and provide clear instructions regarding tubing procedures, participation requirements, and facility rules.
• Verify admission wristbands or tickets at designated entry points.
• Distribute snow tubes and assist guests with proper equipment handling.
• Direct guests along designated uphill walking routes and toward assigned tubing lanes.
• Assist with organizing guests at the top of the tubing hill and maintaining appropriate spacing between participants.
• Follow established lane-release procedures and communicate with other attendants to support safe tubing operations.
• Monitor designated tubing areas for potential hazards, guest concerns, and unsafe behavior.
• Assist with managing guest movement and maintaining orderly tubing sessions.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, and operational concerns immediately.

Guest Services and Safety

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests throughout their visit.
• Explain tubing rules, age and participation requirements, and other facility guidelines.
• Help guests understand safe tubing practices and follow staff instructions.
• Respond to guest questions and elevate complaints or incidents to the Outdoor Lead or Supervisor.
• Assist with emergency procedures and guest movement as directed by authorized personnel.
• Maintain effective communication with team members using assigned radios or other communication methods.

Operational Support

• Assist with opening and closing procedures for outdoor recreation areas.
• Help organize, inspect, and store tubing equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around tubing lanes, walkways, and guest areas.
• Rotate between assigned positions, including ticket checking, tube distribution, uphill guest flow, and tubing lane attendance.
• Participate in required safety training, operational briefings, and team meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and trained.

• Previous guest services experience preferred

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
