Qualifications

• Requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and physical labor.
• 1–3 years of previous work experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety practices required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings.
• Removes trash and replaces outside light bulbs as needed.
• Power washes exterior structures and public areas.
• Maintains fences and gates.
• Assists in preparing market-ready units and removing abandoned items.
• Deals with appliances and heavy items in a timely manner.
• Cleans units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
• Ensures safe conditions and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Represents the property professionally to residents and visitors.
