Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and safety awareness.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds, landscaping, and outdoor common areas; mow grass, trim edges, prune shrubs, and maintain beds.
• Plant, weed, fertilize, and perform general horticultural tasks; remove leaves, debris, and litter from sidewalks, parking lots, and grounds.
• Perform snow removal, salting, shoveling, and de-icing during winter weather.
• Operate landscaping equipment including power mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, sprayers, and other groundskeeping tools.
• Operate trucks, tractors, and attachments used for grounds maintenance; inspect equipment and perform minor maintenance and basic repairs.
• Follow OSHA, company, client, and safety regulations at all times; report equipment issues to management.
• Support seasonal groundskeeping projects and maintain a clean, safe outdoor environment.
