Job summary

Aramark Facilities Management is seeking a Groundskeeper in Burlington Township, NJ to maintain outdoor facility grounds and support events. The role pays $19.75–$20.75 per hour and requires operating commercial landscaping equipment, with duties including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and site upkeep.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and attention to detail. Work hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, outdoors in various weather conditions, with opportunities to contribute to site

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Ability to safely operate commercial mowers, string trimmers, and other grounds maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and follow daily assignments.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other seasonal conditions.
• Availability to work a regular schedule of 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds through mowing, edging, string trimming, weeding, raking, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and other grounds maintenance tools.
• Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, ice control, salting, and shoveling walkways and entrances.
• Complete assigned work orders related to grounds and exterior property upkeep.
• Assist with event setups, moving equipment, furniture, supplies, and materials as needed.
• Clean and maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas.
• Operate trucks, tractors, or other equipment used for grounds maintenance when required.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report equipment issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a clean, professional appearance of the property
