Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of operating zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, hedgers and other gas-powered equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• At least one year of experience in yard maintenance.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform modifications and improvements to company grounds and landscaping.
• Maintain and repair sprinkler heads as needed.
• Perform weekly mowing, weed eating and other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and service all gas-powered equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure all exterior trash is collected and disposed of daily.
• Assist the Facilities team with other duties and projects as needed.
