Job summary

Clean Scapes LLC in Texas is seeking a dependable groundskeeper to maintain clean, presentable outdoor areas at commercial properties. This full-time role includes hand-watering at additional properties and assisting with routine landscape tasks to support a growing statewide company.

You will work early shifts, drive to assigned properties, pick up debris, and operate basic landscape equipment to keep sidewalks, walkways, and dumpsters tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor-maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Cleaning sidewalks, walkways, landscaped areas, and dumpster enclosures.
• Retrieving and relocating shopping carts.
• Using power blowers and other equipment to keep grounds clean.
• Removing unauthorized signs, flyers, stickers, and advertisements.
• Maintain clean and presentable outdoor areas.
• Complete other basic landscape-maintenance tasks as needed.
