Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a dedicated worker to perform grounds maintenance and related upkeep on a military installation at Fort Huachuca, ensuring safe access and debris-free entrances. You will assist with building and grounds upkeep, report hazards, and operate in all weather conditions, including kitchen and traffic environments.

Must have a high school diploma, English communication skills, and a valid driver’s license or CDL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate in English safely and conduct duties in a safe manner.
• Experience performing the duties described in this job posting.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license to operate a 15‑passenger vehicle or CDL with no restrictions to operate a 24‑passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor grounds maintenance to keep entrances/exits debris-free and sidewalks clear of ice or snow.
• Maintains surfaces under playground structures per safety requirements.
• Performs upkeep of buildings, grounds, and related structures, fixtures, and utilities.
• Reports hazards, malfunctioning equipment, damaged materials, and other issues to supervisor.
• Works indoors and outdoors in varied weather and environments on a military installation.
