PPM is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker for our Lakeland area operations. This full-time, on-site role performs routine grounds care, operates mowers and tools, and helps maintain athletic fields, parks, and other city grounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine grounds maintenance including mowing and trimming.
• Operates hand and power tools for routine tasks.
• Assembles and maintains playground, picnic equipment, and fences.
• Maintains athletic fields, parks, and building grounds.
• Interacts with the public in a courteous and friendly manner.
