Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds, exterior areas, and common spaces in all weather conditions.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends/holidays as needed, and provide reliable customer service. Experience in general property maintenance is helpful and prior groundskeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a groundskeeper preferred but not required.
• General property maintenance skills preferred (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed.
• Sprays with insecticides as needed.
• Maintains watering and drainage systems.
• Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies.
• Assists with any emergency maintenance and with preparing make-readies.
• Cleans all hallways and common areas.
• Cleans all parking areas.
• Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways.
• Assists in other types of maintenance when necessary.
